Thank you. Skye (yoga teacher) provided such a safe and energizing space for her sessions for me to get to know my post baby body. I really enjoy my yoga practice and as a new Mum after a big labor it was pretty special to trust and feel a little more confident in my body. It was so great to connect with so many beautiful women and their babies. Whether we stay connected through interest, group or as friends, it was such a nice experience.  

Thank you Motherground for providing a safe and supportive environment for me to find balance, restore and recuperate while bonding with your baby boy. I took away the message that sometimes 'the journey to the place of relaxation requires a little bit of work from us'. Thank you to all involved for your open, approachable, interested and nurturing manner. My baby and I felt welcome, comfortable and relaxed throughout our experience and came away feeling energized and grounded.  

I would like to say a huge thank you to 'Motherground' for the amazing opportunity to be a part of and experience the first ever retreat. I hope these beautiful retreats continue to grow, develop and become something that mums who need to bond with their bubs and find some personal grounding can and choose to attend. This was an amazing experience and I hope my bub and I are able to continue to be apart of 'Motherground's amazing journey. Jenn and Joshua x  

A beautiful opportunity to connect with nature, with your baby and ultimately yourself. There is something very reassuring being in the company of people in the same life space as you. The eclectic mix of woman, knowledge and experience was refreshing and comforting. It was such a pleasure.  

Motherground is such an inspiring concept created by Jasmin. It's not just about the three days on retreat... I have come home with an abundance of insight and so much love for my baby... and myself. I am honoured to have been a part of the first one and will carry this with me forever. Thank you xo I loved having my bub with me through all of this stay; from meeting, greeting, new experience, sight, sound, taste. Such an invaluable experience I hope to share many more times to come.
